Great Outdoors USA Exhibit


Each year, Novak Birch works with Great Outdoors USA federal partners (e.g., U.S. National Park Service and Smithsonian Institution) to unite 10+ booths in the 80’ x 30’ space, delivering one cohesive experience. This was my fourth consecutive year in leading the art direction and design execution for the space.


Designed a family of branded elements to display throughout the aisle, connecting the booths and creating a cohesive space that attracts visitors. Revamped existing materials and added new design elements like the entrance archway. The result was a united design that matched the authenticity that the stakeholders desired. This project was a finalist in the Best Use of Graphics category at Exhibitor Magazine’s 2019 Portable/Modular Awards.
